My 50 year working life has been consumed by two polar-opposite roles. The first role is in the electronics/IT domain and the second role, front-line health.
Fortunately, clinical informatics came along which amalgamated both disciplines!
The two halves of my working life have placed me in a unique position to explore the emerging clinical informatics discipline. I explore, and bridge, uncharted ground between the two worlds of IT and health.
Currently, I'm working at a PHN analysing mental health data from clinicians in Victoria Australia. I use:
Power BI client. A business intelligence application
Fixus. An application that bundles data for the Commonwealth MDS.
Excel
I mostly generate bespoke mental health reports using multi-vector metrics in a form anyone asks for.
